1. Purpose
Five Sénégal is a service that automatically films matches (football, padel, futsal) played on partner venues and puts the videos online.

2. Access to the service
Access to the videos is open and free, with no sign-up required. Users reach the videos through automatically generated public URLs.

3. Use of the videos
Videos may be watched, shared and used for personal purposes. Any commercial use, editing or public rebroadcast requires the prior consent of Five Sénégal.

4. Image rights
A notice is displayed at every partner venue to inform players and the public that matches are filmed. Anyone who appears in a video can ask for it to be removed at any time by writing to five5senegal@gmail.com — handled within 24 business hours.

5. Retention period
Videos are automatically deleted from our servers after 3 days. No permanent copy is kept.

6. Limitation of liability
Five Sénégal strives to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions, in particular due to hardware or network failures or maintenance.

7. Changes to these terms
Five Sénégal may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one available on the site on the date of use.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Senegalese law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Dakar.

Data we collect

• Videos: recorded by IP cameras, without sound.
• Technical metadata: date, time, venue.
• Anonymous statistics: a view counter (the viewer's IP address is hashed with SHA-256 to avoid counting the same view twice, and is never stored in clear).

Data we do NOT collect

• No sound (the cameras' microphones are turned off)
• No automatic identification of players
• No user account, no viewer email address
• No advertising trackers

Retention period
Videos: 3 days at most. Metadata: 30 days at most.

Your rights (GDPR & Senegal Law 2008-12)
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the videos in which you appear. Contact us at five5senegal@gmail.com.

Processors
Videos and data are entrusted to professional hosting providers and hosted in Europe (Paris).

The Five Sénégal site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies.

Only technical cookies needed for the site to work (video playback, navigation) may be created by your browser. No personally identifiable data is stored in them.
